We ask for the review when the job's done.
The review ask is a text that goes to a customer after you finish their job. It thanks them and gives them the link to your Google reviews. If they don't answer, they get one reminder. Then we stop.

The rules we keep
- We ask every customer the same way.
- We ask for a review. We never ask for a high score.
- No gifts and no discounts for a review.
- A customer you've asked before isn't asked again.
- Any reply ends it.
Questions
Three things tradies ask.
What if the job went badly?
Don't tap Job Done until it's sorted. The text also says to reply if something's not right. That reply comes to you.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. Everyone gets the same ask. Picking only the happy ones breaks Google's rules.
Will this get me more reviews?
It asks every time, so nobody gets missed. We can't promise how many say yes.
